NOTICE OF QRCA CONVENTION The QRCA (Qualitative Research Consultants Association) will be holding their annual convention in New Orleans LA on 15-18 October 2003. The meeting will take place at the Intercontinental Hotel. The theme of this year's convention: "Celebrating 20 Years of Qualitative Jazz".
