Welcome to TheModerator.net, a bimonthly online magazine dedicated to helping you, the focus group moderator, achieve greater business and financial success.
Our unique focus is the crucial but rarely covered business/organizational side of moderating. Articles by longtime moderators will share experiences, business know-how and trade secrets. Qualitative research users and focus group facility operators will offer perspectives on the moderator community. Our goal? To provide a lively forum for the insights and information moderators should have to reach their full potential.
We'll strive to offer this knowledge with flair, in a tone that's concise, in-touch, and non-academic -- much like the "Executive Summary" section of a good focus group report. Moderators are by nature an entertaining bunch, and we trust you'll find this reflected in their writing.
TheModerator.net is sponsored by independent facilities that operate 25 locations covering major markets coast-to-coast. In the latest Impulse Survey, most of our locations received the coveted "Top Rated" designation. Focus group moderators depend on us, and we depend on them. Whatever helps boost your success as a moderator is a plus for everyone in our profession.
We hope you enjoy TheModerator.net as much as we enjoy bringing it to you!
Sincerely,
Ellen Jefferds, Editor |
